“When I first started this class I was smoking almost a pack a day at the age of fifteen. I started smoking when I was in sixth grade and now I am in tenth. Taking this class has really made me think about smoking and how it would affect me in the future. I have really cut back on my smoking habit. I no longer have an urge to light up and smoke. I am so proud to say that I am no longer a smoker and I really enjoy it. I would recommend this class for any teen who wants to or who is willing to give up smoking for a better life.”
